2. How to Play?


IMove helps you stay active, live a healthier life, and earn rewards with these key features:

Step Coins (Android only)
Track your daily steps and collect IM coins by opening the app every day. IM coins can be converted into points to redeem for prizes in the Store.
Subscribe to Step BOOST on the Play Store for higher earnings, access to PRO challenges, and exclusive rewards.

Plans
Health plans that support your fitness, nutrition, and health goals.

Monthly Challenges
Take on new challenges every month. Complete daily/weekly goals and collect points to redeem for prizes.

- Steps (e.g., 5,000 steps/day)
- Sleep (e.g., 7 hours for 5 days)
- Fitness (e.g., running, cardio)
- Nutrition (e.g., hydration, weight loss)
- Wellness (e.g., meditation, self-care)
Each challenge has a social feed for interaction and daily content from coaches: healthy recipes, videos, and motivational tips.

4. What Are the Terms and Conditions for the More STEPS, More REWARDS Campaign?

- Users can join up to 7 challenges across Step, Fitness, Nutrition, Wellness, and Sleeping.
- Some challenges are free, while PRO challenges are exclusive to subscribers.
- To be eligible for rewards, winners must be active subscribers and have paid their subscription (daily, weekly, or monthly).
- Winners will be contacted by IMove via email.
- Winners must provide a valid ID, photo, family card (Kartu Keluarga), and an email under their name.
- The iPhone 15 and 10g Fine Gold prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- IMove does not accept requests to change the model, color, or storage of the iPhone 15.
- Fine Gold type is fixed and cannot be changed by request.
- Rewards are only valid during the challenge period.
- Unclaimed rewards after the stated deadline will be considered forfeited.
- IMove reserves the right to cancel participation if abusive, fraudulent, or suspicious activity is detected.

7. How to Check PRO or Step Boost Activation

 

Open your IMove profile to verify your subscription status:
If you see “PRO member” under your name, your PRO membership is active.
If you see “Step Boost” below your name, you’re subscribed to the Step Boost package.

If you've subscribed but don't see either label, refer to the How to Subscribe to IMove section to complete your activation.

 

8. How Do I Unsubscribe?


You can type UNREG IMovexx (according to the keyword of your subscription package) then send it to 99812 (for IM3 users) or to 98333 (for TRI users) via SMS.

 

9. How Does the Point System Work in IMove?

IMove uses two types of in-app currency: IM Coins and Trophies. Here's how they work:

1. IM Coins
You can earn IM Coins through daily activity and referrals:
a. New Users Bonus
Get 7,500 IM Coins instantly after registering on IMove.

b. Step Tracker Earnings
Earn IM Coins based on your daily steps. There are two earning modes:
- Standard Earning
- 4X Step BOOST (available via upgrade)

2. Trophies
Trophies are earned by joining Challenges and Plans, and completing each goals inside the challenges.
Each challenge has different rules and reward amounts. To see how many Trophies you can earn, tap “View Challenge” and then open the full challenge details.

 

10. How To Use IM Coins and Trophies?


1. IM Coins
Can be converted to Trophies in the app.
Once you reach the minimum amount, tap “Redeem” on the homepage, then “Convert” to exchange instantly.

2. Trophies
Used to redeem rewards in the Store, including:
- Data bundles (TRI & IM3)
- Shopping vouchers (Shopee, Grab, DANA, etc.)
- E-books, consultations, and more

 

11. How Are Rewards Given in IMove?

IMove offers two types of prizes:

1) Challenges with Direct Prizes
Cash prizes or physical items (gadgets, gold) are usually awarded from Premium Step Challenges, surveys, or photo contests. Winners will be contacted via email for verification and delivery.

2) Store Rewards Redemption
Trophies from the Step Tracker or challenge uploads can be exchanged for data packages (IM3/TRI), e-books, discounts, or shopping vouchers, as instructed in the email.

 

12. How Does User Verify Data Reward?


TRI users can check the data received on BIMA+ App.
IM3 users can check the data received on MyIM3 app or dial *888*758#

 

13. What Is the Validity of Data Rewards?

Data rewards 4GB and below have a validity period of 14 Days.
Data rewards from 4GB and above have a validity period of 30 days.

 

14. Who Is Eligible for the Prizes?

All IM3 and TRI users who are Indonesian citizens can subscribe to the IMove app by agreeing to pay the daily, weekly, or monthly subscription fee, based on the selected package.

 

15. Who Is Not Eligible to Participate or Win Prizes?

To ensure fairness, participation in IMove campaigns and prize eligibility is restricted. Individuals who are not allowed to take part include Indosat Hutchison employees and trainees, their direct relatives, employees of partner companies involved in Indosat Hutchison campaigns, as well as appointed VIPs, judges, and members of the Regulatory Committee Authority.

 

16. How Does IMove Track My Steps and Sleeping Hours? (for Android users)

IMove uses Google Fit and Health Connect to track your steps and sleep data.
To enable tracking see this tutorial Connecting IMove with Health Connect or follow these steps:

1. Install Health Connect
Download Health Connect from the Play Store if you haven’t already.

2. Sync Google Fit with Health Connect
Open Google Fit > go to Profile > Settings > turn on “Sync Fit with Health Connect.”

3. Set Up Connection
Tap “Set up” on the pop-up and confirm the sync.

4. Allow Permissions
Make sure permissions are granted so IMove can track your data.

 

17. How Does IMove Track My Steps and Sleeping Hours? (for iOS users)

IMove uses Apple Health to track your steps and sleep data.
To enable tracking:

1. Turn on Tracking
Go to IMove > Enable Tracking for steps and sleep.

2. Allow Permission
Tap “Allow” when prompted to give IMove access via Apple Health.

3. Double-check Access (if needed)
Open Health app > tap your profile > Apps > IMove > make sure Steps and Sleep are allowed.

 

18. Tracking Not Working After Setup?

If you've completed the setup but your steps or sleep hours aren’t appearing in IMove:
1) Check permissions in Apple Health (iOS) or ensure Google Fit is synced with Health Connect (Android).
2) Close and reopen the app to refresh the data.
3) Wait a few minutes, as syncing may take time—especially if you were recently offline.

- A screen recording of the issue
- Your device type and OS version
- A screenshot of your daily activity steps (Google Fit for Android)

This will help us assist you faster.

 

19. Can Users Change their Number?

For security reasons, users cannot change their mobile number from the app directly, if you wish to change your number, you can kindly send us your user details to support@ http://imove.cool by filling the data below so our team could change it.

We will process your request within 24 working hours after you fill in the details above.

 

20. Forgot Your Password?

No worries! You can reset it by tapping the [Reset Password] button on the login screen.
Important: Make sure you registered with a valid email address so you can receive the reset link properly in your inbox.

 

21. Forgot Your Email and Password?

If you can’t remember both your email and password, please contact us at support@imove.cool.
To help us retrieve your account, include the following details:
- Your username
- Your phone number

We’ll verify your data and guide you on how to reset your password.

 

22. Can User Use More Than One Account?


No. IMove strictly prohibits users from registering multiple accounts on the same device. If this happens, all related accounts may be suspended, and the user will be disqualified from the challenge. No refunds will be issued for any active subscriptions.
